
排濕:香菇(gu)剛(gang)采摘后含水量較高,如包裝(zhuang)貯運,須進(jin)行(xing)排(pai)濕處理。1、晾(liang)曬(shai)(shai)。將(jiang)(jiang)菇(gu)蓋傾斜(xie)向上(shang)均勻排(pai)列在(zai)曬(shai)(shai)簾(lian)上(shang),秋、冬菇(gu)晾(liang)曬(shai)(shai)3-6個(ge)小時,春菇(gu)晾(liang)曬(shai)(shai)6-7個(ge)小時,夏(xia)菇(gu)晾(liang)曬(shai)(shai)1-2個(ge)小時。2、用熱風。將(jiang)(jiang)菇(gu)蓋向下均勻攤(tan)在(zai)曬(shai)(shai)簾(lian)上(shang),置(zhi)于熱風回轉的窯(yao)內,在(zai)40攝(she)氏度(du)的環境中排(pai)濕。
貯存:將水分達標(biao)的(de)鮮香菇先(xian)(xian)裝(zhuang)入(ru)筐中,然后移入(ru)1-4攝氏度(du)的(de)冷庫(ku)中存放。啟運前(qian)先(xian)(xian)分級(ji)、剪柄、過磅,然后放回冷庫(ku)中擱(ge)置兩個小(xiao)時。根據(ju)客戶要求(qiu)按大小(xiao)兩種(zhong)規(gui)格包裝(zhuang)。

運輸:鮮(xian)(xian)菇(gu)(gu)裝妥(tuo)后要及時(shi)(shi)運送。在氣溫(wen)(wen)低于15攝(she)(she)氏(shi)度時(shi)(shi)可(ke)(ke)用普通(tong)車(che)運送,否則必須用制冷車(che)運送。不同(tong)的溫(wen)(wen)度條件下(xia),香菇(gu)(gu)保(bao)鮮(xian)(xian)的時(shi)(shi)間(jian)也各(ge)不相(xiang)同(tong)。1攝(she)(she)氏(shi)度時(shi)(shi)可(ke)(ke)保(bao)鮮(xian)(xian)18天(tian)(tian);6攝(she)(she)氏(shi)度時(shi)(shi)可(ke)(ke)保(bao)鮮(xian)(xian)14天(tian)(tian);15攝(she)(she)氏(shi)度時(shi)(shi)可(ke)(ke)保(bao)鮮(xian)(xian)7天(tian)(tian),溫(wen)(wen)度越(yue)高保(bao)鮮(xian)(xian)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)越(yue)短。
